The Design Process
Each spa is created from the finest gelcoats, resins, fibreglass and foams, as used in the marine industry to manufacture the highest quality pleasure cruisers and yachts. Each product is created by hand, laying down firstly the marine grade gelcoat, then an initial layer of vinylester, followed by approximately 8mm of standard resin and finally finished with foam to provide sound and heat insulation.
Top that off with the very latest offerings from the leading fashion and styling houses in the world of mosaic tiles, from the likes of Bisazza, Sicis, Mosaic +, Trend, or Ezzari. The result will be the most stunning spas on the planet.

Tilecraft International Ltd is a UK manufacturer and supplier of Spas, Swimspas, Plunge Pools and Balance Tanks with a varied range of stock moulds, in both Freeboard (Skimmer) and Deck Level (Overflowing) options.
Each and every one of our Spas is unique even though the model may be the same due to the beautiful finish using a varied choice of Mosaic Tiles and hydrotherapy jets.
